1- My station has been suspended due to a failed payment.
In case of a failed payment, note that Shoutcast will make two other attempts, 7 days and 14 days after the first attempt.
If the invoice is still overdue afterwards, your radio stations will keep playing until the renewal date of your plan and will then stop automatically.
Note we keep your data for 30 days after the final failed attempt. After that point, your plan will be cancelled automatically and you will need to create a new one. After this 30 day period, all information related to your radio stations linked to the plan will be deleted.
- Insufficient funds:
Under "Profile" section of the radio manager and "Invoice History" click on "Try Again" to make payment of due invoice.
- Credit card expired:
You can update your payment information in the Radio Manager under "Billing Info" by clicking on "Update"
Afterwards, don't worry, we keep your data for 30 days. The station will reactivate on successful payment.
1- My station has been suspended due to Shoutcast or Targetspot's contract infringement.
You need to comply with Shoutcast's agreements and, in the event of your participation in our monetization program, with the Targetspot terms and conditions you accepted.
In case of infringement of any of the rules specified in our conditions, your radio station(s) and account can be permanently suspended.
